Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the on-site visit is scheduled in writing. After scheduling, cancellations more than 14 days before the visit are refunded less any non-recoverable travel costs. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; any card surcharge is refunded in proportion to the refunded amount.
